[compilers_nitw] Inviting articles for Pointer

Hi
As some of you might be aware, the CSEA inaugurals are tentatively scheduled for Monday, the 28th of this month. The inaugural issue of Pointer for the academic year 2006-07 will be released at this event. Articles are invited for inclusion in this edition of Pointer from all CSE students. Articles must be 1-2 pages in length, be in Microsoft Word format and be related to the field of Computer Science. All articles must be the original work of the author, and must quote sources if not. Articles must reach the editorial team of Pointer latest by this Saturday afternoon (26th Aug).

[compilers_nitw] NITW library

You may have already seen the posters for the NITW library that have been up for the last couple of weeks. The library, whose predecessor is the erstwhile ISTE library, will largely consist of fiction novels. It is intented to start sometime next week.

Those people who are interested in signing up would kindly give your names to either Raveesh (14-2-33) or to me (10-2-21) latest by tomorrow evening. The membership fee for final years is Rs.50 with a book and Rs.100 otherwise. So what r u waiting for???
