Here are the deadlines set by RaviChandra Sir:
20th April 2007, 10:00 AM :
Source code of your project is to be mailed to RaviChandra Sir (ravic_s@yahoo.com)
It should be clearly mentioned in the source code:
Your contribution to the code.
Contribution of Open Source to your code
Contribution of others(if any)
20th April 2007, 2:00 PM :
Hard Copy of the source Code acknowledged by your guide
along with the Certificate of approval of demonstration and draft report, to be submitted to RaviChandra Sir.
For the Final Presentations :
Get the hard Copy of Project Reports (1 for guide+1 for department+1 each for member) signed by your guides before demos and presentations on Monday(can be done on Monday)
Head will sign the reports only after the guides have signed the reports.
23rd April 2007 from 9:00 AM onwards:
Presentations by groups 1 to 12
Demonstrations by groups 13 to remaining
24th April 2007 from 9:00 AM onwards:
Demonstrations by groups 1 to 12
Presentations by groups 13 to remaining
Duration of presentations: 20 to 30 minutes.
No personal machines to be brought for demonstrations. Demonstrations to be given in the labs.
Please take care of the details specified by Pratyush(regarding Report) in his previous mail.
